Hi Kirsten.

Providing your SMA is up-to-date, you will receive a cd in the post with the most recent major release. This is normally at least a few weeks after the launch, to allow Freedomscientific to distribute the discs to its various agents. You can however download it from the internet once it becomes available, and install and use it as a fully authorised copy before then of course.

Hi, I have had J7 for a year and have as part of the license 2
upgrades, does this mean I get 8 and then 9? or is it .1 and .2? How does it happen, does the company just contact me? or do I do the updates myself from the computer? if so, how do I do this? I thought I read something about this from George Belle the other day ...
Thanks.
