I came across a couple of commands where the insert key doesn't work. I
can't recall them now but they were ones which I rarely use and I'd guess
they are infrequently used generally. It strikes me as odd to.

Well, isn't it a bit odd that it doesn't work with the insert key too?

I was confused too when I first learned this keystroke to why it was not
working! It took some head scratching until I figured out what I was doing
wrong.

I use the laptop keyboard layout. I've to press Caps-lock+the right
Windows-key+X for the command to work. Any other key combinations don't
work.

Cheers,

I thought I that insert+windows-key+x read the content of the clipboard,
but it doesn't. Help please?
