Can you help if one doesn't want to use the parallel port?
Thanks in advance for your reply.

We are able to help those with the Powerbraille and JAWS 11 get up and going with this display. However it does require we go through a process with you to determine the best way of resolving it. Please email support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx directly and we can then help out.

Others may also do the same who are in this specific position, note that a solution is specific to the Powerbraille and not other serial Braille displays.

Regards.

In that case, I wonder if FS will refund my SMA?

I am not using Jaws 11 because of the braille display problem.

The Power Braille series now only work on the parallel port with JAWS 11 and
that might even be discontinued completely in v.12.
Cheers now,
Marie
