You will have to contact support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx who will sort you
out here.
It will help if you can find out the serial number of your
PowerBraille as they will require this information along with your
JAWS serial number. I dare say the former will require asking someone
with sight.

I am using Jaws 9 and want to move to Jaws 11
But I am told there are issues with Jaws 11 with A power braille
display.
