[access-uk] Jailbreaking an iPod?

Following on from the jailbreaking of iPhone's, can the same be done with an
iPod Touch? If so, can the changes also be undone at a later date?
Being able to copy photos videos and music to and from it directly could
potentially make it a much more useful device.
