Hi Brendan

I am frankly not sure what version is the latest that works with XP as I haven't used that operating system for some years now, but I believe that
could well be your problem, unfortunately.

Kind regards,

Jackie Brown

Hi Brendan

I wonder if it has anything to do with your version of Internet Explorer being quite behind the times now. People may have other suggestions, but
this might be the cause.

Kind regards,

Jackie Brown
