Hi there all,

I'm *not* intending to open up this thread again, at least to go over
old ground, but I did say I'd report back once I'd got going with Tesco.
For those interested, I have now had my first order, only to find that
there were things missing and three items there that definitely weren't
mine. However, this time I did manage to go straight to Customer
Services and sort it; so I'm going to persevere for a while yet and see
how we go. The driver was certainly very kind and helpful, unlike my
last experience in London.

I would also add that, for a start anyway, I did find the Access site
the easiest, though I spend some time in both, and found a number of
"offers" even in the Access site.

Thanks again to all who offered help. I do have a few suggestions and
ideas which may improve the service but, at the risk of opening this up
again, I'll keep them to myself for now and wait until this comes around
again. I'll probably write directly to Tesco's with a few thoughts
after another run or two.
