Hi You stop it by updating to the latest version. It was a problem with previous versions of 11. However, I have found so many other problems with build 1430 that I wish I could go back! I have seen the option for JAWS not to say not selected but don't know where to find it. I had thought I set it to *none* under this option but if so it has not been effective - Iam using JAWS 11 and when reading email using Outlook 2007, not selected is spoken with the name of the sender of each email. How do I stop this please?
