Apologies if you have already checked this, but I find this issue sometimes
causes JAWS to act funny. Are you able to tell if the window has rotated? If
not, you can check by going to your desktop and:

Press CTRL + Spacebar to ensure no icon is selected
Press the Application key or Shift + F10 to open the context menu
Go to the Graphics menu and press the right arrow to expand
Go to Rotate and check that you have the right selection

HTH.

Regards,
LU

yes window is maximized and I am using outlook express.
The only other programme I am having this on is Internet explorer.
What I don't understand is why it suddenly started; I haven't changed any
settings.
I am starting to hate jaws!!!

Is the window with the email in it maximised? Which mail program are you
using?

Get Outlook for iOS

Jaws will not read either emails or web pages unless I use just the Jaws

This means that I can't click on any links.
Does anybody have a solution as to why JAWS 14 and windows 7 would
suddenly behave like this?
desperate!!!
