What is it doing when you press the arrow keys in IE? Saying 'blank
blank blank?'

yes window is maximized and I am using outlook express.
The only other programme I am having this on is Internet explorer.
What I don't understand is why it suddenly started; I haven't changed any
settings.
I am starting to hate jaws!!!

Is the window with the email in it maximised? Which mail program are you
using?

Jaws will not read either emails or web pages unless I use just the Jaws
