Subject: [access-uk] JAWS 19 a little flaky
Hi all,
I seem to be having regular problems with the latest JAWS 19 and Windows 10
Professional & Home. Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to tie down what
causes sudden loss of speech followed by either a restart or in some cases
it suddenly seems to be in 40 minute mode and needs a restart.
I seem to be having to use narrator just to get access to the screen to
restart JAWS a lot lately.
I am having some trouble on two machines, both HP laptops and although I
can't ask anyone to replicate the issue as I can't consistently cause it to
happen, it is sometimes happening whilst I'm writing mail in Office 365.
Anybody else experiencing frustration with the latest JAWS?
Thanks all,
Karl
