J-tunes currently doesn't work with ITunes 8.1.
We are working on an update as we speak so hopefully everything will be
sorted soon.
Certainly their are a number of focus related issues in this new version with
or without J-Tunes, Appple seem to have broken quite a bit from an accesibility
perspective this time.

Having updated both JAWS and Itunes to their most recent versions (when
will I ever learn), I now find that items in the item list will not speak
properly. Is there any way to get them to speak again? I should also add I have
JTunes installed.
