[access-uk] Itunes Store

Hi,
Could someone kindly give me some help with the itunes store. I'm trying to
use it through itunes, but am getting nowhere. I would just like to be able
to browse and buy things, but have no idea where to start.
I press f6 on the store icon, but nothing happens, I have managed to get a
search box up, but after entering in text, again nothing happens.
Any help much appreciated.
