That worked, cheers George. I wonder if there's any way of getting the emails I
sent whilst that check box was unchecked, perhaps from the online sent items
folder? I'll probably have to email Software Mail Solutions for their help.

I don't believe it George, the checkbox about putting email messages in the
sent items folder was unchecked, which presumably means at some point recently
I must have unchecked it. Which is why emails have not been going into the sent
items. Well, we'll see what happens with this message, thanks for the help.

Hi Yusef,

I run Outlook 2010 with Exchange Server 2010 hence there may be differences.

Have you by any chance found sent messages appearing in any other folders other
than "Sent".

There is an option where if you have filtered incoming messages in to Folders,
when you reply to such a message, the reply stays in that folder, as opposed to
going to "Sent Items".

You may also want to check that Options: Mail then go down to the "Save
Messages" and make sure that the save to sent items box is checked.

George

Apologies for the cross posting. Does anyone have any suggestions for the
following?

I'm using Outlook2013 with a Microsoft Exchange account. When I send an email,
it used to appear in my sent items folder. Now, that doesn't appear to be
happening. I don't thik I've made any changes, can anyone suggest where my sent
emails have gone, and if there's any way of getting them to appear in the sent
items folder again.
Cheers
Yusuf
