Ah, the e-mail problem sounds like AVG can't scan them because you're using an account that uses nonstandard Pop/Imap/SMTP ports. Thanks for letting me know that AVG won't work with JAWS 5.

Hello Chris, I have down-loaded AVG Free Version 8 on to this computer.I am using JAWS 5.1. I am afraid I am not able to make the buttons work with this version of Jaws. I can read the list of buttons by using the invisible curser, but cannot check them!...Everything is fine except the e-mails in Outlook Express aren't being scanned.any ideas?...
