[access-uk] Is 3d Dymo OK as alternative to braille 1 and 0 for testing?

I want to send out some items for test.
There are a slightly different variants of the item, so I'd like to
put a serial number on the back so if someone phones to report a
problem, question or suggestion, I can lookup which item it was.
There are less than 12, so not worth getting braille sheets made up.
I have this Dymo 3d labeller, the imprint is quite tactile and well
spaced. Would people generally find it acceptable to have a Dymo
sticker with:

1 0 1 0 for serial number 10.
1 1 1 0 for serial number 13 etc

Not that it matters that it's binary, but this would allow me 16
distinct numbers, and to a non-braille person like me, those two
numbers felt distinctively different.

Just trying to gauge a group opinion on a quick temporary solution to
a simple problem without annoying potential testers!

Thank you!
