Hi Andy. Yes, indeed, when you buy the Nano now you have the same control over your IPod as you did with the Touch and IPhone products. The only difference is that the Nano being very small has a much smaller screen so people claim that working with the touchscreen can be a little confining if your in to your big sweeping flicks and slide motions. All the best, Ibrahim. ----- Original Message ----- From: ANDY COLLINS To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Saturday, November 13, 2010 10:52 AM Subject: [access-uk] Re: Ipods Ibrahim - when you talk about full voice over gestures, is this meaning speech feedback to the users touching of the screen? Haven't seen or had much info about touch screens yet - Andy ----- Original Message ----- From: Ibrahim Gucukoglu To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Friday, November 12, 2010 11:29 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: Ipods Hi Barbra. That was the fifth generation, we're now on the 6th which features a touch screen and full voice over gestures just as on the IPhone and IPod Touch range of products. I think the Nano is for you then. It comes in both 8 and 16 gig flavors and a variety of colors, has a touchscreen interface and a variety of useful extras like a pedometer, FM radio and memo recorder. A great all round device, I'll be getting one from my wife as a Christmas, even though we both have IPhones. All the best, Ibrahim. ----- Original Message ----- From: ANDY COLLINS To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Friday, November 12, 2010 4:05 PM Subject: [access-uk] Ipods Hi all - I take it that the Ipod classic 160GB is still inaccessible to blind people? So, which of the Ipod range is accessible with the largest music capacity. I'm only interested in a music player, not one with loads of bells and whistles - Andy __________ Information from ESET Smart Security, version of virus signature database 5615 (20101112) __________ The message was checked by ESET Smart Security. http://www.eset.com
