Catherine - I don't believe you can delete a song from the Touch in that way. You have to do it in the music library from within ITunes, and then when you hook up the Touch, and it syncs with your library [which you can have done automatically] it will update the touch i.e. remove that song. -

Can anyone tell me whether/how it is possible to delete a song from
the Ipod touch while using Voiceover?  I mean delete it on the ipod
itself rather than through Itunes.

Also is there a list specifically for Ipods/IPhones?
