There is no way I can get this to go into JAWS forms mode. There is no forms
field list to bring up. Insert F5 has no effect whatsoever. Any other
suggestions?
Iain.

I am guessing you may be a screen reader user. You need to get into forms
mode with Jaws or it's nearest equivolent in WinEyes or Hal, until you put
in the number the next button will be active and then you can go on to the
next step.

If you are a Jaws 5.0 or later user then press insert+F5 and then select the
item in the list that looks most like the entry field for the serial number
and press enter on it, then type in the number and tab around you should
find the next button active to press.

Subject: [access-uk] Ipod

Hello,
I have recently signed up with Audible.co.uk and have received my fre Ipod.
I have inserted the supplied CD and got as far as accepting the licence.
However, I am then asked to insert the 11-character serial number of the
ipod. The problem I am having is that the only thing I can do from this
screen is go back to the licence acceptance or cancel the Ipod installation
altogether. The Next button is disabled and no characters are accepted. What
do I do?

Iain.
