Hi there I will check again but it is amazing what you can do with the braille note apex with using it as the braille display. you can read the ibooks but to turn the page is difficult. to move forward in a page you press space with o which of course takes you to the options in the apex.

the apps though are amazing so cheap and most of them are accessible.
will have another play with the braille.
what we have to remember is things will get much better.
cheers.

John,

I really would like you to explain what things you can do easier if you connect a braille display. As I understand it, you can't actually write your message using the BrailleNote, can you?

Have you thought about one of those (whatever they call them) template type things that go over the screen and enable you to position your hands better?

What extra apps are you using?

Hi there I have the iphone 4 and from my point of view it
is much better than the three. it is the 32 gb and the
access is truly great though a big learning curve
learning how to use it. I am totally blind and have done it all on my own.
if stuck email off list and I am willing to help.
cheers there.At 10:56 28/08/2010, you wrote:

Are any totally blind people using the iphone 4? If so
how accessible is it? How easy is it too use? And is it
easy to set up?
Thanks
