Yes, the iPhone3GS does have Voiceover, but there aren't that many good
tutorials that I've come across. There are a couple of podcasts on the
blindcooltech website, but I didn't find them that useful.
There was an accessible version of the manual on the Apple website, but the
link doesn't seem to work any more.
If you have any questions, I'd be happy to help as I'm sure would other
iPhone users on the list.
