Usually the only place to get that information is from the ISP. Who are they?
However if it is the router itself he wishes to access in order to make
changes, we need to know the make and model to at least be able to establish
the default access username and password.

Friend of mine needs to know his internet number and password supplied,
apparently, by his ISP. It is to do with his router.
If it sounds vague to you then it does to me too. Thought I would pop the
question anyway.
