Mandy, it's probably good advice from the help desk as we've had issues with

Tesco's previously and clearing the temporary internet files has cleared the

issue.  It's probably worth clearing temporary internet files first and then

cookies if you're still having problems.  Chris is right that deleting 
cookies will also remove cookies for other sites that hold your login id but

they will be created again next time you login to those sites so it's just a

little inconvenience more than anything else.
