Hi there, This is a strange one. I phoned Tesco this morning as I have had a problem deleting out of my favourites. The girl on the other end of the phone had me amazed. She said it wasn't their problem and I must go to my internet options and delete all my cookies and temporary files. I said to her I'm not doing that and anyway I thought it was their problem, she said not, my computer was full of rubbish. I must say I was completely surprised at her attitude but maybe she's right and I'm wrong, I just didn't expect someone on the end of the phone at Tesco would be reliable on computers......Now is she right, should I delete these, I haven't done before and if so how do I do it, using Vista and IE7.....Thanks Mandy Mandy.Palmer@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
