Hi Carol, Thank you again for your pointers.Having been in contact with Malcolm both by off list e=-mail and by telephone, I have now established that Carol's machine needs the drivers for the wireless card re-installed and I intend to contact the RNIB volunteer Service and arrange for one of their people to come out and re-install the drivers, as the drivers were first installed by the sighted chap who brought the BT Hub.
