Hello Mo
A bit tied up yesterday so couldn’t get back to you. I’ve done as you suggested
but there were no items in hidden updates. On the main update screen there was
a security update to IE11 which I installed and it seems to have installed the
whole IE11 to my computer. However HSBC still tells me my browser is out of
date. How do I find out winch one I am actually using just to make sure before
I go back to the bank’s technical support for an explanation?
Many thanks Roger

Hi Roger.
I seem to recall hiding the IE11 update on your computer. go to windows update,
then click on restore hidden updates. that should bring up a list of updates
that you've hidden and allow you to unhide them when you right click on them
etc, or it may just restore them to the windows updates list. once that's done,
you should be able to install IE from the optional updates section.
all the best,
Mo.

Yesterday I went on-line to my HSBC bank account and was informed my browser
is out of date. I am using version 10 the highest that Supernova 12 will allow.
I’ve now upgraded to Supernova 15 but cannot find IE 11 or later on Windows
Update. My bank still says my version is out of date.. How do I find which
version I’m using and where do I get it from please.
Before anyone says to change I think Firefox is the absolute pits as a
program and am very happy with IE.
Many thanks Roger
