Roger, have you tried running IE in no any add-ons mode?

Doing this might tell you where the problem lays.

Bring up your Win7 search box and go down to All Programs. From here go to
Accessories and next to System Tools, and then enter on Internet Explorer (No
Add-ons).

I am still trying to sort out my Internet Explorer problem. I have now
unsubscribed Firefox 27 and created IE 0 as my default browser (I think anyway)
I gone to an email with a link to the sender’s website and once again get the
message.
There was a problem sending the command to the program

Can anyone advise me as to how to get this thing to work properly please.

  Many thanks Roger
