I never needed to do that. Yes, sometimes you have to alt tab for the
download file info dialogue box to gain focus, but most of the time it
should gain focus automatically.

My son did it eventually and I'm now using the programme but there are
things about it I don't understand I saw something about holding down a
key usually insert, and that it has to be set up but I didn't understand
how or what it is for.
I don't know how to get to the start of the download, I seem to have to use
alt tab is this correct?
Anyway it looks like a good programme thanks Chris and I think I will be
purchasing it later.

Hi Mandy.
Try routing jaws to pc, that should take the jaws cursor in to focus of the
main application install window. There is a next button, just keep pressing
next on installation screens to select default options.
