Hi all,
Found this from another list, looks like Kapten in many ways:

VIRTUAL EYE - MoveAssistant

Weather
One of the modules offered by VIRTUAL EYE - MoveAssistant is weather
forecast. By activating the "Weather" button on the main screen users gets
information about weather in his current location such as temperature,
cloudiness, wind for current and coming days.

Points databases
Application, apart from using the points created by the owner, allows users
to use location databases, previously generated from OpenStreetMap project
or Loadstone application. Polish users have access to default database of
Masovian Voivodeship containing information about crossing, some addresses
as well as POIs which stand for Points of Interest.

Loading databases
Databases for Poland can be obtained from a couple of sources:
OpenStreetMap projects - database for the whole country -
http://download.geofabrik.de/osm/europe/poland.osm.bz2),
UMP project, prepared for Loadstone users -
http://umpdlals.loadstone-gps.pl/tekstowe/index.html
Text databases generated directly by Loadstrone application;

as the accuracy of GPS signal, he can tap GPS Information button on the home

the screen does not have to be unlocked every time he wants to quickly
access the app. In order to do so tap "Auto-Lock"" button in Settings menu.

from the Favorites list even if the app itself is minimized or turned off
and the device screen is locked. In order to turn this functionality on user
must first access Settings, choose Favorites and set them to YES. This way
application will tell the user about the points from the Favorites list
whenever they are found nearby. By default notifications will appear only
when the app is minimized or the screen is locked. In order to be informed
about places nearby even if the application is turned off, iOS Location
Services have to be enabled. To do so, open the device Settings, go to
Location Services and after enabling them switch MoveAssistant ON.

Voice Commands
Voice Commands make VIRTUAL EYE - MoveAssistant unique on the market. Most
of the tasks in the app can be accomplished by giving short voice commands.
By doing so the user may check the weather, find a point in a database or
find a location nearby. All the commands are based on the name of buttons in
the ap. E.g. in order to find a point, you have to press Voice Commands
button and after a signal say "Find ATM". If ATMs are found in the database,
list of points will be displayed. Similarly, after saying "Favorite points",
the list of favorites will pop-up. Saying "Weather" will bring up Weather
screen.

Warning
When using VIRTUAL EYE - MoveAssistant you have to remember that most of its
functionality is based on the information obtained from GPS system, Google
Maps services, and databases imported by users. GPS itself is not 100%
precise and the location results may differ from reality by 15 meters.
Information provided by the application have to treated carefully, bearing
in mind the aforementioned limitations. TRANSITION TECHNOLOGIES S.A. is not

- MoveAssistant.
