Christine, throwing my computer hat on again, smiles, PDF stands for
"portable document format", and you use a programme, which is installed
on most modern PC these days, called Acrobat Reader. However, if you
don't have it, you can get it, free of charge you'll be pleased to know,
smiles, from http://www.adobe.com. Yes, I know, a company named after a
type of brick eh? lol! Anyway hope that helps? I hope so!
