Hi Ali.

All the information you need to install extra synthesizers on NVDA is
available on the extra voices page at www.nvda-project.org or through the
help menu of NVDA if you have it installed.  You can download a selection of
free voices from the likes of Microsoft or you can buy Vocalizer voices for
a nominal fee.
