No. You should just be able to enter the product key found on either the CD or the download and Office should convert your trial to a full.

Subject: [access-uk] Installation of office 2007 Home And Student

Hi all -

I have a 60 day trial of office 2007 home and student on this laptop, if I buy a cd version of the software, rather than buy the download licence, do I need to remove what is already installed first? -
