Hi

I'm going to answer both your messages here.
Firstly, last year I went to the local orange internet shop
here in France, they themselves went onto the internet typed
in my area code (post code) and found that not one supplier
would give me broadband here at all as I am too far from the
exchange. There is mobile broadband but it is too expensive.
I am already paying for dialup so I'll just have to install
the same software on to my new netbook using the usb modem.

It seems simple enough but as I just said to George, an
english modem would work perfectly but where do I get a usb
dialup modem from? I did some research yesterday on the
internet but couldn't find anything that looks like dialup
it is all wireless. Would you guys please let me know where
I can get one in the uk?

Regards

Adrien

Hi Adrian. When you say that there isn't any broadband
available are you referring to Cable broadband or the
standard broadband in which you need a BT line. Surely one
of those options must be available?
