I hear Express Burn is fully accessible, but not tried it. However as it's the same company who makes Switch then no doubt it will be.

Hi, the program is reasonably accessible, however the first
screen that gives you the various projects you can create
require use of the JAWS cursor or your screen reader's
virtual mouse. Also, I've not had good results when burning
an iso image. I thought my DVD was bootable, only to
discover that it wasn't. Probably for the average user
though it's good enough. Hope this helps.
