Hi folks, This is not strictly access technology, but is easier to use than many DAB radios, and very inexpensive. You will find it at your local Woolwirths. It is a DAB and FM radio, and quite easy to use, although I have not yet worked out the intricacies of retaining stations in the memory. It is not a pocket radio, but not that large either, being approximately six inches by four inches by three. It can run off the mains or five AA batteries. The sound is very reasonable for the size and price, and it is generally quite easy to use. the price is the main selling point though at only £24.99. It is Woolworths own make, but appears to be fairly sturdy and I think a bargain for the price. If you want something fairly portable to say take out into the garden while you do the digging, or lay in the sun with the Test Match, then you could do a good deal worse than look at this quite impressive little radio.
