Came across reference to this little program a day or two ago. Seemingly, it switches XP accounts settings to restricted rights when launching Internet Explorer or Firefox, or possibly other browsers. I believe it is a Microsoft offering. I've not tried this as yet, but I don't see why, on the face of it, it wouldn't work with screen readers and other access programs. The URL I'm about to give to read up on this mentions other security tightening measures, including Sandbox. Forget that. Simply won't work with screen readers, more's the pity.
