As far as I'm aware, apart from the difference in storage sizes, the DS50 comes
with some additional accessories, such as a remote microphone lead. To be
honest though, these probably aren't worth the additional expense in
themselves. Apart from these factors, the DS40 and DS50 are more or less the
same product.
