Vanja, When NatWest last made changes (2003 I think) I initially had considerable difficulty with the site although I gradually got used to it. I raised the matter with Julie Howell of RNIB and she had meetings with NAtWest staff. It looks as if the suggestions for improvement have been acted upon, although perhaps a little slowly.
