Hi All,

I am really glad to tell you that Natwest have recently made changes to
their web site. I've used their online banking for a while but it was
quite difficult to use, primarily because they used a lot of clickable
areas which acted like links, but didn't present themselves as such to
JAWS.

Everything is now labelled as links and the login process is also much
easier with clearly labelled edit boxes which weren't clear before.

Its good to see a web site improving. I'll be contacting Natwest to tell
them.

I just thought I'd tell you all, as I avoided the site for a long time
because it was difficult to use. I'd advise anyone who has shied away
from it before to take another look, you might be pleasantly surprised.
