Hi Yusef, I noticed that I had a windows update earlier this morning on this
win7 machine,so I rolled it back a couple of days and although I appear now to
have 2 search boxes,it does seem to be working, after a fashion! thanks to
those who replied!

Hi Alistair, I’ve never used Iceland but took a quick look with Window Eyes and
Firefox. The edit box I used was reported by Window Eyes as being the “register
or sign in, I’m looking for” box and when I typed something in there a search
seemed to be successfully completed. The box which is just called the “search
edit pull-down” didn’t seem to work correctly at all.

Hi folks, been happily using the www.iceland.co.uk site for my online
shop, however, as of this morning, cannot seem to get the site search facility
to work with either jaws 17 or nvda. Anyone on list use iceland? If yes would
you kindly try it for me in case it’s me! lol! When entering text in the edit
field it echoes the keystroke but doesn’t always enter the item.
Thanks
Alistair
