[access-uk] I-Tunes with Window-Eyes

Good news for Window-Eyes users. Steve Holms on the GW list is saying he is
having a good deal of success writing sets for Window-Eyes to work with the
latest version of the I-Tunes software. I'll let you know when Steve posts
these set files.
