so far i have been clicking 30 day catchup then the day, then the program title i want to watch but on the page that comes up no watch link is there

Will - I find a quick way to get to the episode you want to view, is to do a JFW search for the particular day, just using the first 3 letters e.g. Wed, Fri, Mon, this will land you on the day, and underneath there, you should 
find a link to "watch full episode" or whatever it's called -
