[access-uk] ITV Player's Audio Description

I wonder if someone could help on behalf of a friend of mine who is not
subscribed to this list. He uses the ITV Player, but is struggling to find
the Audio Description feature, and as I know nothing about the player
whatsoever, wonder if any of you have suggestions please?
