Hi Dean,
Sorry I can't help you, but what I can say is that I've
tried to watch previous episodes of The Bill using ITV
Player, and can't work it out either, your not the only
person who can't figure the player out. To me, it looks as
if you have to register for it, but I'm not certain of that.
