[access-uk] IS THERE A DIGITAL OUTAGE IN THE SOUTHERN AREA

Hi all,
We seem to have a total digital outage here with all channels, whether Cable
digital or Nebula. Anyone else got a problem?
I'm missing my audio description to which I've become very accustom!
