I have an app which alerts me to new tips But today's perplexed me. It said you
could end an incoming call by pressing the sleep/wake button once or send the
call to voice mail by pressing the sleep/wake button twice.
Where is this button? Is it the home button or is it the on/off button?

Oh, I just call it a panel, not a technical name.

Go into manage add-ons: anything you don't recognise in that?

Hello James,

My browser is IE11. I have pop up blocker on high but I have
permitted trusted sites not to be blocked.

Panels are a new one on me. Would appreciate an explanation of panels
and extensions.
Thanks again for responding.

Strange. The BBC does have surveys on some of their sites, but you
have to click into them.

What browser are you using? Have you looked through your extentions
panel lately?

Hi James,

Thanks for responding. The BBC pop up seems to be a survey of some
sort.
These pop ups are displaying as videos with sound. Well, I assume
they have visual content.

Hi,

How are these pop-ups displaying? The BBC as a non-profit doesn't
run adverts.

Hi List,

This is in part a test message and partly to ask how to stop pop
up ads. I've tried lots of things, scans for viruses and malware
but I'm still getting pop ups from Amazon and the BBc.
How do I kill all this stuff?
