Thanks for the response, I've turned everything off that I can and it does
make things slightly better but not great. When I spoke to Apple it seems
that it is their decision not to allow you to go back rather than any
technical reason.
I've sent them an email telling them what I think but I doubt if that will
elicit any positive response from them.
