You would have to delete items or move them to other folders.

Hi all,
Does anyone know if you can restrict the amount of IMAP mail showing in your
inbox in Outlook 2010? I'm having unsolved slowness no matter what I use,
apart from my phone and Outlook Express via the laptop but think a
restriction on numbers may help the situation.
