Hi john,
I can't answer the direct question you pose, but what you
wrote in the message to which I'm now replying has helped
me, because I was also getting that last session message
every now and then if I opened IE8, particularly if I was
opening IE8 after having shut the computer down and then
coming back to it some hours later.
