I think it's just that Damon maybe relatively young compared to some like me who find such usage as 'cool' odd. I was at a presentation a year or more back when the guy seemed to end almost every sentence or statement he made with 'Cool!' Damon might have asked if IE7 rocked. What would everyone have thought about that? Hi Colin, you will find this amusing, the question that initiated this thread. A good example of impenetrable American jargon. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Graham Page" <gpage@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, February 28, 2007 9:44 AM Subject: [access-uk] Re: IE7 - is it cool? > it works ok if that's what you mean. > ----- Original Message -----=20 > From: "Damon" <damon.rose@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> > To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Sent: Wednesday, February 28, 2007 8:08 AM > Subject: [access-uk] IE7 - is it cool? > > > If you have jaws 8, is IE7 largely considered to be awesome and cool and > accessible? > > And how does the IE7 built-in RSS reader shape up in terms of ease of use > for us screenreader users? > > Much appreciated. > > ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- > ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=3Dunsubscribe] > ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: > ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > ** and in the Subject line type > ** unsubscribe > ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the > ** immediately-following link:- > ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=3Dfaq] > ** or send a message, to > ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq > > > __________ NOD32 2084 (20070228) Information __________ > > This message was checked by NOD32 antivirus system. > http://www.eset.com > > > ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- > ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=3Dunsubscribe] > ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: > ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > ** and in the Subject line type > ** unsubscribe > ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the > ** immediately-following link:- > ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=3Dfaq] > ** or send a message, to > ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq > > >=20 ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
